After upgrading to a new version of software?

Adobe Software
I have upgraded to newer versions of some of the software on my computer, namely Adobe Acrobat Reader. In my registry, I still have the installer for the older version, plus some temporary files in other locations on the computer. My question is, do I still need the registry key, temp files, or installer for the older version for the new one to work properly?

Normally I don’t bother about it. Deleting these may cause the software not running properly. Adobe Acrobat will take care of it.

You can use CCleaner 2.06 to remove that files. If CCleaner 2.06 does not remove them then do not delete the files. Otherwise if the files is deleted , then u think that the files have no use. (You will get CCleaner 2.06 on (http://www.filehippo.com)
