Can I use Adobe Photoshop Elements 7 to organize my photos and videos into folders and stuff?

Adobe Software
I just downloaded a free trial of Adobe Photoshop Elements 7 and Adobe Premier Elements 7. Photoshop Elements doesn’t appear to have any way to import photos from my files on my computer, and organize them into groups and folders. Am I missing something? If Photoshop Elements can’t do it, can any of the other Adobe software? I have photos and videos spread out in files on different places on my hard disc, and finding them is a pain. That’s why I need a software that allows me to organize pictures and videos (or at least pictures) in folders via the software. If Photoshop Elements can’t do it, and Adobe doesn’t have anything that can either, than I at least need software from another company that will work well with Photoshop.

Maybe I am not reading the question correctly, if this answer is not what you are looking for, I apologize.
What I gather from it is that you want a way to see every photo you have in one place?
If this is correct, instead of getting a program, just go to your start menu, and select search. From here you can choose what type of files. You can do pictures, videos, music, etc. Just select pictures, and click search without entering a keyword. Your computer will then search all files and folders, and gathers every picture in one place you can see.
I would have it on the “thumbnail” view setting, so you can clearly tell what pics are what. Now, to get them into groups and folders, It is quite simple.
First find where you want the folder to be located, then right click, and select new folder. Just drag and drop the pics to your created folders. If you choose to view your pictures by “date modified” It makes things easier.
This may or may not of answered your question. Remember, this works with videos and music as well.
