Adobe Software
Well, there are a lot of nice commercial software around us. But there are also TONS of excellent free software that made by nice people. Can you name any of those free software that has capabilities similar to those that offered by the commercial one? Some example that I know is Open Office (on linux) when matched by the Microsoft office (on Windows) or Gimp when compared with Adobe Photoshop (both on Windows). But the answer is better if the two program has the same platform so that we can compare those two, quicker.
Oh yes… that firefox… how can I forgot…??? I’m using it right now!

(but the Internet Explorer is also “free” by the way – purchased directly in Windows)
