How do I fix the yellow tint in Adobe Photoshop Elements 5?

When viewing pictures using the Windows Picture and Fax viewer, the colors are normal. However, when I use Adobe Photoshop and its Elements software, the colors always show a yellow tint. The color setting I have it on is sRGB. How can I make Photoshop display my colors correctly?
