how do i learn computer language form internet or any SOFTWARE , plz tell me?

i didn’t have time to go institutes for learning the commands and languages of computers or more about computer how does it work , i know about all these thigs i also worked withese softwares , ms-doss, microsoft , net, adobe ,corel regularly as on daily bases, i want to learn about PHP so i need to learn first about languages and commands of computers , plz help me about all these thing.

I am sorry, you can’t learn any language without teacher help.
You must need any teacher to guide you. Even you read all tutorials it won’t help.
You can learn interactive things without helping of anybody. But PHP and other language need too much guidance of someone who is professional in it.

O_o PHP is a server-side language. so you have to install a SQL server, and then the PHP interpreter, in order to use it.
