My video lags in Adobe Premier Pro 2 (Video editing software). Why?

I got 32mb Graphic Card (Not sure if that’s the problem).
I got 32mb Graphic Card (Not sure if that’s the problem).
I imported .avi videos, and when i play the video, the sound is really smooth but the video lags every seconds..i wonder why?
If any one of you are using Adobe Premier, can you tell me what are your graphic card?

is it the problem of the graphic card or sumthing else?
Problem with Rams? or other components?
I got
Ram: DDR 352 MB
Processor: Pentium 4 1.9Ghz
What am I missing to make the Video lag go away…video lagging happens in my Itunes, my quicktime, and Adobe premier…but not on Online videos when i am watching online…

You may want to upgrade your card. You can get a good midrange card that has 128mb or 256mb.
