What is the best software for restoring old photos ?

Adobe Software


I have old family photos and slides that I want to restore. I can do a basic cleanup with Adobe Elements, but not enough to erase scratches, tears and spots.

    Adobe Photoshop , its has a Healing Brush and Patch Tool. were you can easily “heal” scanned images by removing scratches, blemishes, and other imperfections while preserving shading, lighting, and texture attributes.
