    EZToons is by far the easiest animation program I have come by that is free. Draw, next frame. You see the old image that you drew before. Draw over that, next frame. And so on so forth. Here’s something that was produced with EZToons:

    Go Animate has to be the easiest.

    When it came out a while back, a bunch of professional animation blogs when crazy making fun of the site’s claims… and what the users were producing. So sure, you can make animations fast and free. They give you everything. Have fun.
