What is the most PROFESSIONAL video and audio editing software ?

There are so many choices like Ulead Video Studio , Sony Vegas 6.0d , Adobe premiere Pro and many more , which one is the best and most professional .
A video editing software that includes all would be best .
A software that can effectively reduce noisy background sound , provide the most proffesional video and audio editing tools for proffesionals .
Any recommenditions ?

    For me, I would use Final Cut Pro, but it is only for the Mac. So for the PC user, I would use Vega.

    Avid Editors are the mostly widely used in PC Format Broadcast facilities.Mac Based Final Cut Pro.There are may add ons available for both systems to do almost anything.
