You can’t. Photoshop CS3 is their latest photoshop. Downloading it somewhere would be pirating, or something similar to that. Its against the law to download stuff that must be paid for.

But like the other guy said, Gimp would be good. You can download PS CS3 at adobe, but its 300 dollars.

Go to google,ask.com,yahoo search and put it “free graphic design program”. Stuff similar to that.

There are free downloads of photoshop (and all other softwares too) on the bittorrent system.

Get a bittorrent client and install it. Go to for good information on various bittorrent clients and links to where you can download them.

Then go to and search there for what you want. There are other search sites too, but this one has reliable files without viruses.

Unfortunately it is not free, only you can download a trial version without any payment. I suggest using Gimp, it is a wonderful piece of software.
