Which software is better for animation?

I wanna do something like a sketch book animation…. just black and white….. is after effects, premier or adobe flash the better software to use?

    Actually Maya is the better software for any animation it allows you to create anything that you can think of.

    I prefer Adobe Premier for video and animations that are intended for playback on the web via a media player or on the TV. I’d prefer Flash for files created for websites where conserving bandwidth is a consideration.
